How to change email address?

We don't support automatically changing the email address at this moment. So depend on your demand:

• If you need to keep your diagrams:

  1. Create a new account with your new email address.
  2. Contact [email protected] with your account's current email. We'll help you by transferring your diagrams to the new account.

• For the subscription, you'll need to manually cancel your current subscription & re-subscribe with your new account.

  Note: We won't support refund. So you should perform the subscription cancelation process when the end date of current term is near.
